- I was asked to do a cover of Thom Yorke's epic "Twist" by some nice folks out in sunny Los Angeles as part of their new quarantine-approved video series. Naturally, I went straight to the man with the golden MIDI controller, Koshinaka, Taka Koshinaka. Here's some more details on Orlove and "Under the Covers"!

sad sad Ill do you one better - who is Taka? He’s the original Radiohead tone wizard and my frequent partner in crime on these covers. He made the majority of the beat for this one and I added a synth and vocals!

How many people would even consider trying to cover this song? Exquisite work.
In my opinion, Thom Yorke is so far beyond any other artist (all artists; not just musicians) when it comes to speaking to a persons entire consciousness. In other words, when Thom's voice gets in your head, it never leaves. I'd love to be able to come this close to capturing that sound.
"It's like weed/it's not me" part is absolutely ethereal, godlike. It is like a thousand of unspoken words.
