Nice to see that someone else has taken out the bunk beds and turned the space into a studio. My studio was a double bunk bed and I got my two windows into one large window. I mostly play with polymer clay, beading and watercolour painting. ❤❤

It looks like a great set-up. It's a very spacious caravan. Fusion Loc storage products are so versatile and fantastic; I have some in my bathrooms. I stayed at the Lane Cove Caravan Park when I was a child. It's a great spot and I'm sure it has even improved since then. Have fun ☺️

I think the more space you have , the more you spread out and get messy lol I have done a video of setting up my machine , hopefully you see it 😊and currently working on a storage project for the van. Fabulous tour! Love all of your storage. I too, live, travel, and create in my RV. My craft room is the bunk room and when I am not out enjoying nature, I am able to work on Mini Albums as a designer for a scrapbook store, or make video tutorials which I offer on RUclips and make albums I sell in my Etsy shop. Nice space! We have a Storyteller Overland Mode Sprinter van. My husband built a storage unit for the garage that includes a space for my traveling sewing studio that is a little larger than your freezer. It fits my Bernina 350, a couple of projects, my watercolors and my planner supplies. Not quite your amazing full service crafting setup but I’m just a hobbiest and not a pro. I’ll be following your adventures.
I’m impressed. I love your van set up and that you can take so much crafting with you. Would you be able to give the details of your clock. We have been looking everywhere for something like that. I have taken my machine with me lots but find I don’t use it, so now have my “sewing basket” under my seat containing lots of handwork - knitting, crochet, EPP, embroidery etc.

Super sewing set up in your travel van. We head south for the winter with our camper. Husband also took out bunks to give me a crafting space where I can either sew or scrapbook. I cannot be gone for 3 + months and not craft.

Hi Sheryl, My sewing machine sits on top of my sewing table. I have done a new video showing the machine set up 😊The oven/stovetop is Swift 500 Series but our van is about 5 years old so there is probably an updated version now 😊Washing machine only washes, we just use good old fashioned sunshine to dry the clothes. I’ve heard the combo version washer and dryer aren’t that effective 😊I’m not quite sure of the chassis but our van was built by Crusader and is the Family Castle model ( which is no longer available) but I think the specs can still be found online. This model is no longer available but if you look on the Crusader website they have replaced this one with an even better one. We saw the latest one last year at a caravan show and it had a whole separate section for the bunk area with its own door. That would be perfect for a craft studio :)

Hi Joyce, we have a Crusader caravan and it is the Family Castle (23foot). It was built in 2018 and the first owners purchased it in 2019. We are the 2nd owners and we purchased it early 2023. It was like new and had been used very little. We are very happy with it :)

lol, I didn’t realise that fish eye was on when Craig did the video. It was the first time he had used the camera and to be honest we didn’t expect so many people would watch it. It’s all sorted now. No more Fish eyes ( unless Craig goes fishing!) 🤣
I’m sorry Barbara,it was very annoying but it’s part of doing videos in public places. That was our 3rd attempt at it and there was always something going on outside so we decided to just go ahead. I have since found some editing software that removes some of the background noise so when we do another walk through it should be better 😊

Hi Sheryl, My sewing machine sits on top of my sewing table. I have done a new video showing the machine set up 😊The oven/stovetop is Swift 500 Series but our van is about 5 years old so there is probably an updated version now 😊Washing machine only washes, we just use good old fashioned sunshine to dry the clothes. I’ve heard the combo version washer and dryer aren’t that effective 😊I’m not quite sure of the chassis but our van was built by Crusader and is the Family Castle model ( which is no longer available) but I think the specs can still be found online. I love the layout, I wish you'd told us the model and year of your RV (caravan). I'm in the US and ours do not have the big square windows that yours does.

Fabulous setup. Wish the yard person would have refrained from noise, or you asked them to wait, or you waited until they were finished.
We were on a time frame but I have since discovered I can remove some of the background noise in the software I use . We will do another on our next trip because I’m making lots of stuff for the caravan 😊

Hi, pleased you like our caravan :) It is a Crusader and the model is Family Castle. This model is no longer available but if you look on the Crusader website they have replaced this one with an even better one. We saw the latest one last year at a caravan show and it had a whole separate section for the bunk area with its own door. That would be perfect for a craft studio :)

Hi Diane, I have a seperate video showing my machine set up. We travelled just recently so I did a short video of my machine secured on the bench seat. If we aren’t travelling it stays set up in my sewing area 😊

How long is your caravan and what is the brand name? What year is it? It seems well made.
Hi Joyce, we have a Crusader caravan and it is the Family Castle (23foot). It was built in 2018 and the first owners purchased it in 2019. We are the 2nd owners and we purchased it early 2023. It was like new and had been used very little. We are very happy with it :)

Hi Maria, we got ours from Bunnings 😊I’m not sure if they are available elsewhere, the brand is Fusion-Loc . There are other brands doing similar but we have found Fusion-Loc is the most secure. We haven’t had any fall off or break. 😊

It was still in the truck but is in the caravan now. I have uploaded a video today showing the machine. We pack it away in the box when we are moving. 😊

lol, I didn’t realise that fish eye was on when Craig did the video. It was the first time he had used the camera and to be honest we didn’t expect so many people would watch it. It’s all sorted now. No more Fish eyes ( unless Craig goes fishing!) 🤣

I’m sorry Barbara,it was very annoying but it’s part of doing videos in public places. That was our 3rd attempt at it and there was always something going on outside so we decided to just go ahead. I have since found some editing software that removes some of the background noise so when we do another walk through it should be better 😊
