FYI, Rogue was a brand from NYC that had its heyday around 2012-13. Their style was an interesting blend of grunge, moto, and a touch of avant-garde. I owned a few pieces from them during that period, and one of them, a leather jacket, remains my favorite to this day. Unfortunately, it seems the brand faced significant business challenges, leading to drastic sales and eventually a rebrand to Rogue State or something similar. Sadly, it appears the brand gradually faded away after that.

Hi-end formal trousers (Zegna, Brioni, etc) oft come unfinished but with strip or fabric, to finish hem like on those CCP pants. Nice pickups!
