Spot on . found out from my sisters friend that he had a tinder profile. I was blindsided by this. Waited a few days then went to his place with a HUGE suitcase and took all my belongings and took my power back. When he opened the door it looked like he saw a ghost, his eyes were black !!! (His real eye colour is blue) he told me right away that he wasn’t with anyone and I replied I didn’t ask. I told him to give me the keys he had to my home. I was calm, didn’t yell, showed him the screenshots I got from my sister’s friend’s profile pictures on tinder. He actually wanted to start an argument and I didn’t fall for it and it’s not in my nature to yell. He tried to hug me many times and I backed away. Unfortunately he is my brother in law’s best friend and nephew’s godfather so he is in my orbit. It pisses me off that my sister is nice to him and his gf. My sister tells me he says to her how happy he is but she sees right through it, he is very inauthentic. She told me she is a total downgrade and not his type, chubby, wears tons of makeup and dresses like a granny. She cooks and cleans for him, I guess he wants a mom to take care of him and his son is very disrespectful towards her. It’s been 2 years and it still bothers me. I now realise that he is a narcissist because there was no closure.They are sick people.
Is it normal to think about it everyday? I am actually purposely avoiding going over to my sisters/brother in laws. They live a few minutes away. Two months ago, I went were celebrating her birthday. My brother in laws sister asked how things were going between myself and Frank and I responded’ oh god, it’s been two year” . She doesn’t live here so she had idea that we split. My brother in law that is my ex best friend yelled at me and told me to move on and I replied I have. I am still pissed off at my brother in law , I haven’t been over in two months and I’m usually there several times a week. He thought he loved me but he lied about everything important and eventually withered away from withholding his loving truth so it all exploded dangerously around me. I leveled up spiritually to navigate the chaos, and now I’m in a much better place. He’s… I’m not sure what he’s doing but he’s not doing well.

I was in a karmic union. I learnt through the suffering so much from that relationship. I have two children from the relationship I learnt that it's a terrible idea to prolong a relationship where there's abuse physically emotionally and mentally. Especially where there are children involved I was fortunate to get out of it with my life and mental health intact,, my kids Especially the oldest one....not so much. My son turned to alcohol weed and cigarettes at an early age I guess as a coping mechanism. And my daughter became pregnant with no form of stability in her life at the time. (I believe that was my karma). Never stay in a relationship where there's abusive behavior. Especially with kids. Run don't walk. The younger the kids the better. I have no sympathy on those who stay in those toxic situations and keep bad mouthing each other to others. Non!
