The first car I bought was a new 2006 Corolla S back in 2005. Drove it well over five years with no problems as expected. I've since purchased mostly Toyota/Lexus vehicles all with no problems.
We've always had a corolla or a toyota in our house for the past 20 years. My dad had 3 corollas of this generation and I learned to drive on this generation 2013 manual too back in 2013. I currently daily drive a 2017 corolla
wow thats a BASE BASE model. i didn't know they offered these with manual locks and windows. my brother used to have a 2009 corolla S but the engine lost compression somehow sadly.. made it 197k miles though i think
@@WizardMower that's cool. you won't find a car like that these days. it's a pretty harsh contrast to the corolla my brother had. it had pretty much every option besides leather seats and a sunroof lol. i loved the body kit wheels and spoiler the S edition came with
@@didgy You’d be surprised I never knew these 09-13 corollas had manual windows till the day I approached this car for the first time. My literal reaction was “holy shit” I knew these were offered with a manual but in very low numbers. I was told from a couple of people my car is considered rare. Unfortunately my car isn’t a good example anymore but it once was!
I don't like that this generation Corolla has hard plastics in the interior and the inside door handle looks cheap. Toyota's quality slipped when then generation came out. They fixed that in the next generation. I drive a 2018 Corolla. A reason not to have the lock on top is to prevent theft
Damn those Corollas are so good. Just a car. Simple car. But extremely trust worthy.
That Corolla is insanely clean! You've taken really good care of it. Those headlights are glistening!
I thank you,chosen one😊
Most reliable car of all time!

It's one of the best cars of all time!
I still daily drive my 2004 Acura EL that I bought in 2017
Awesome car

@@davinp Yeah the interior quality is horrible, Though I would still take this 10th generation over a 9th generation any day.
