Naw, Goblin was carrying Mary Janes fatass and a trolley full of broke New yorkers. Cap pulled a helicopter which is impressive but not close to what Goblin can do. Goblin also took punches from spiderman, the same Spidey who blocked a punch from Bucky( a super soldier) like it was nothing. Green Goblin will make Cap go back to Peggys mommy milkers and he will be crying.

Goblin has violated Spiderman several times. Let's do the math. I'm pretty sure Spiderman has greater reflexes and strength than Captian America. Prime Goblin will be conditioned to fighting a prime Spiderman.
Prime Captian America is still ridiculous in his own right but would never defeat a prime Spiderman if it was a serious battle.
I'd say Cap wins extremely high diff, I'd also say Goblin could win extremely high diff. I predict Goblin will push Cap to his absolute limit but Prime Cap has way too many feats and advantages as a warrior. Cap drags himself from victory.

As much as I love Captain America, Green Goblin destroyed Tobey Maguires Spider-Man and Tom Hollands Spider-Man on a few occasions, both who scale way higher than Captain America in terms of strength (Tobey with his train feat in Spiderman 2 and Tom with pulling/holding together the large ship in Homecoming and holding up the big airport box of materials in Captain America Civil War). Steve would do better than what people think, but Green Goblin has this fight Low Diff tbh 🥶
