As you advance in your studies, it becomes greatly beneficial to learn solely in Korean as it encourages high level of immersion and input. This is intermediate level so perhaps try level 1 to help! I don't understand quite a bit of these videos myself but I find I can fill in the context and it really encourages me to work on my listening skills which SUCK!!
