- Welcome at the 5th event of the 2019 Marble League (MarbleLympics)!
This time we will do the very fast 5 meter sprint!
4 individual marbles must cover this 5 meter long track as fast as possible. The best 2 marbles of each heat will advance to the next round.
NOTE:
After getting complaints about lane fairness in the previous event, we have taken an extra look to the winners of each heat and the lanes. The JMRC has approved this event and the track is fine.

Oceanics has been such a disappointment and it all starts with coaching. These guys are unprepared, unfocused, and are embarrassing us here at home. They need to look into getting Coach Bombay from the Green Ducks. He's got those guys performing so well in just their first MarbleLympics.

Oceanics just need time and I think its yes the coaching but we really need to get behind our oceanics and surport them because if we make comments about how dissapointing tbey are then they won't get better. OOOOOOOOOOOO'OCEANICS
It also comes down to track design too. I personally think too much effort was put into the prettiness of the new events that not enough effort was put into smoothness or consistency.
The O'Rangers need to take a long hard look at the training they did in the offseason this year is this is the result. I hope that winning in 2017 and hosting this year hasn't made them complacent. Winning at this level isn't something you can show up and do. Let's go, boys. #GoooooooooooRangers!
The problem with the O’Rangers is that they always stay at the same speed. Don’t get me wrong that speed his fast but they end up losing from someone hitting a speed boost. #GreenDucks

That finish between Team Galactic and the Jungle Jumpers was absolutely insane. Very impressive from Astron to come all the way back to advance to the semis. Team Galactic showing they will not give up.
So many struggles so far it's getting tougher every event
I know that when this team will have a better luck we can enjoy some medals

It's ironic how the savage speeders came dead last in this event
They are slacking off now, really disappointing to see the champions of 2 olympics and overall the strongest team come in last, especially in a speed contest

@@mfC0RD I'm not feeling good about our chances of winning this year, but the Wisps have pulled a hat trick out before, maybe they can again.
Rumours are there was a falling out with the coach, but no comment from inside the team on that.
If i recall, the Midnight Wisps are fond of pulling last-minute come from the middle of the pack upsets in these games, so we can never be too sure. There's hope for the Wisps yet!

Savage Speeders losing in a speed event? Unheard of!
It's not just losing by a 1/100 of a second, they're dead last, something must be bothering them, bad luck ? too confident ? drunk ? seeking competition ? I don't know but either ways it's kind of bad for them especially for the fans.
Instead of intense training, we decided to relax a bit. This event was a test to see if would work. It definitely helped. What do you think?

So happy to see the Speeders get DEAD LAST in a speed event. Regardless of what else happens in these MarbleLympics, THIS is one for the memory books.
#HazeAmaze with such a massive stumble from the Savage Speeders in the heats, I was happily expecting to see the gap between 1st and 2nd shrink; but nothing could've prepared me for such a massive swing! Another strong performance from the lads in grey puts them where the belong!
