Brilliant Video thanks can you advise what type of pump you have on your set up, I want to convert from a water blaster to a 12-volt pump is it a chemical diaphragm, and what sort of life do you get out of it? much appreciated
Love the setup you did. Had a question I got a 5.5gmp everflo and I use 1/2 hose suction for water and SH and a 1/4 for the soap. My spray hose is also 1/2 I feel like I don't get the distance that I should be getting. Do you think I should go down to a 3/8 for the water and SH?
The blue surfactant is nice as you can easily see where its applied on surface and where you missed a spot. Just wondering how many guys are out there with a fail check valve? Costing them big money because its using more SH and Surfactant than needed. Everyone should disassemble the value and make sure it's clear of debris. This wouldnt have been found without the blue coloring!!
Hey Coty. Have you ever experienced low flow issues? My pump will pressurize and cut off but when I open the valve I loose pressure pretty quick. When I 1st started using the mixer valve I bought from you I could get over 20' of distance now I average 10' to 15'. I've done tons of troubleshooting but not having any luck. Thanks
Adventures of a Handyman One way to check for an air leak is to stick your suction line directly into a 5 gallon bucket of water and see if it runs better
@@southeastsoftwash4020 I did that and it shot a full stream. So maybe that reinforces the air leak theory. I'm pretty sure my SH valve had an air leak but this was the water side only opened up. I may have a leak there also. It's possible it froze and cracked one of the fittings
Hey I’m interested on getting a bottle of that color my company logo it’s blue and white with all the letting as well I would love to use that when I’m washing to be able to match it all
Do you address the knob settings in any of your videos? I bought one of your blend manifolds and just wanted to know what settings to use for roof washing or house washing.
Brian Pino Unfortunately, there are too many variables to tell you “ put your dial here and wash away” This is where you start getting into needing to take a class or shadow someone for a day to learn a lot about chemical strength and how to achieve ratios.
Hello Friend, I have the same type of valve in my soft wash equipment with the three-valve manifold, but I have noticed that when I stop using it, if I do not close the valves, the water from the tank goes to the chemical tank. You have any idea what it might be. Greetings from Miami fl
I need some surfactant that has dye in it I bout some from you and it doesn’t dye and that’s fine it’s still awesome surfactant but I want some that shows where you sprayed on the object
Southeast Softwash It is a Seaflow 55 series 60 PSI head pressure. I have 175 foot of hose braided threeeights inch. I’m only getting about 20 to 25 feet of distance out of it and that it is surging with the pump. The pump does not have an adjustment to help regulate the pump. Like I have seen you do on one of your pumps
Joe Jackson hmmmm is probably replace it with a everflo 5.5 and eliminate the possibility of the pump just being bad. Typically performance issues are due to air getting in the suction side
Another great video by Southeast Soft Wash.
Damn it! All this time I thought the check valves were bad on my system. Thank you for the easy no brainer fix.
Coty- I'm curious too.
Thanks excellent tutorial on check-valve maintenance/trouble shooting. 👍🏼👊🏼💪🏼
Nobody trouble shoots better in the business great content thanks!

Thanks Coty. You are the man.
Love that blue color

@@HouseWashingRick thank you I think we are close to that distance.
Will the princess outo power fist check valves work ?
I’m interested in trying out your new surfactant when you get it ready. 👍
Why did y’all not end up using a marker dye in your southern drawl? Just curious

Adventures of a Handyman You probably have a small air leak somewhere. That is about the only thing that will cause that
@@southeastsoftwash4020 thanks for replying. I'm on it boss. Thanks!

What size hose are you using for the inlets? It looks like 1/2" for SH and H2O and 3/8" for soap. Is that correct? Or maybe 5/8" for SH and H2O?

Coty will your surfactant have a masking agent to cover up the SH?
Jon Dykes yessir
When will it be available
Dropping knowledge 💪🏻
I try lol

Deepsouthdiggers Message me on Facebook, I’ll see if I can give you some basic guidelines
What setting do you have the SH knob on when doing a house wash? How about the surfactant knob? Thanks

One day I’m gonna be able to afford one of those skids..

It’s gonna be a failed or clogged check valve.

Working on that now
Awesome
WHAT SIZE AND BRAND OF DIAPHRAM PUMP ARE YOU USING. I PURCHASED A 5.5 GPM PUMP BUT IT IS NOT WORKING LIOME YOURS IS🥺
Joe Jackson What is your pump doing? Probably an easy fix

When is your surfactant going to be available???

25 gallons of SH completely diluted when I ended up with 100 gallon tank filled with water due to check valve.
