I think it is the most beautiful pop ballad to come out of the 1970s. Your rendition was lovely and brought back many warm memories of listening to the music of Don McLean at a time when I felt lost and lonely. Your performance of this song is a gift to me. Thank you.

He was considered weird and eccentric during his time, no one loved his works, till he got depressed and committed suicide. The “Starry Night” was among the last paintings before he put bullet in his chest on that really starry summer night. His works were only appreciated and given value as masterpieces of art after his death..
