- This Avocado Spread is kind of South Indian Chutney in my own Style.
Avocados are low in sugar. And they contain fiber, which helps you feel full longer. In one study, people who added a fresh avocado half to their lunch were less interested in eating during the next 3 hours than those who didn’t have the fruit.
So Have you heard about Chutney(Indian Style) with Avocados(butter fruit) ?
Usually I make avocado chutney for my family. They just love it. If you can adjust spice level, kids would love to eat all.
It goes very well with Jawar roti ,Chapathi , Sandwich or Rice etc.
