Good job! Very creative! The only thing I can make traditionally is Empanadas and Yellow Rice with beans (chick peas). I was taught by my ex-husbands Grandmother. He and I were married for 24 years, so I had lots of practice. 😊
The gansitos turned out so cute! Also love the way you used the mashed potatoes, I need to try that. And the pasta dishes! And the snowcones, lol. Everything looks awesome. Hope you had a great Cinco de Mayo. ❤
