Good stuff Mikey
Only worth getting if you have bunch of MFT’s to calibrate yearly, if you only have the one MFT then you might as well just pay to have it calibrated. If you have a bunch of MFT’s, get a checkbox and have just that calibrated, you can then calibrate all the MFT’s in-house.
£140 for a box full of resistors. The RCD test with it's LEDs is the only "fancy" thing and that's easy to replicate. The CalCard is bad enough at twenty odd pounds for 10 resistors
A box of accurate resisters cost pea nuts xx
That test box appears to be identical to the socket n see test box. I have an Oz version of it .
Great vide. Where can I get a kewtech MFT on discount?
I wouldn't have the FC2000 bouncing around in the back of the van. I keep mine at home.
Do you have to send the FC2000 calibrated? If you don't, how do you know that the testbox is accurate?
The checkbox has to be calibrated too.
Hello sir ,am Enoch from Ghana and using dilog 9110 mft can u help me with procedure to calibrate it .tnx
So how do you calibrate the calibrator? And make sure the calibrators calibrator is calibrated? 😂😂
Why isn’t Veto on Loadout anymore?
Does the check box need calibrated? And what calibrates the calibrator 😂 😂 obviously I’m joking, I don’t require an answer
We had a calibration box at the previous company I worked for we had to send it away once a year for calibration.
Ok so if it shows your meter is out, what do you do then? Buy a new one?
You send it off for repair
You do what you do when your MFT fails its annual test and you are left wondering how many jobs you signed off that shouldn't have been.
trust me your analysing it too much
@@greentoad6729 Try telling the NIC that.
I think you need a non-RCD socket to plug it in, otherwise the RCD in the DB would trip on loop & RCD checks.
