    My daughter has MPS 1. She received weekly enzyme replacement until her successful bone marrow transplant at 15 months old. She is now 7 and doing very well.

    Another excellent video, but it would be much improved if dialog boxes were superimposed on the images while the narrator described the mnemonics. This helps follow along with the hard to pronounce words and makes subsequent reviewing of the video much more convenient. Please consider re-uploading with these changes to match your other great high-yield videos!
