My theory is that Terra is like a keeper of Earth. The aunt was wasting water, so Terra wasted the aunt. The person in the car caused a fire BC of his cigarette and she took the form of fire to set him ablaze as he did to the plants. I guess she can take form as fire, air, water, and other elements to help the Earth. Don't waste things, or Terra will waste you!
