Scrolled down to read the comments and had to jump back up and rewind when I heard that little string bend before the second verse-awesome effect there!
Thank you very much! Sometimes people ask why I know so many songs, and I just tell them "because they're all so different!" This is a great example of that, I feel like! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving! 😁
Thank you so much, Jelle! When I first started trying to learn clawhammer jigs, your "Whiskey Before Breakfast" was one of the first videos I saw. My mind was blown! Been a fan of yours ever since! :)
Thank you! This banjos certainly makes for a lovely travel banjo! It's a lot bigger than the Gold Tone AC-Mini (not to be confused with AC-Traveler), but it's equipped with that lovely 12" Renaissance head. The A-Scale is fantastic for playing fiddle tunes, too, because you don't have to use a capo to hit A and D. I believe this was factory-shipped with Gold Tone's OBBS (Open Back Banjo Strings). The string gauge listed is ".010, .012, .015p, .024w, .010p". :)
Awesome man. Love it.
Thank you kindly!
