Do you increase your bankroll weekly, bi weekly, monthly ?

personally I increase it based on miletsones. When my bankroll increases 10% i raise my bet size and when it goes down 10% i Lower my bet size

The conservative figure is not required. Poker players do not use such a conservative roll. NLHE 40 buyins can work. PLO 50 buyins can work.
If you want to bet 1K, the more relevant question is what is your accuracy rate.
