One of my personal favorite scenes is when David does the tree walk because Alexis makes him think he failed a relationship quiz...then he ends up saying he loves their relationship even when Patrick says words like inventory and wears those little rubber things on his fingers...super cute scene
It's amazing coz those little things that actually proved that their relationship is so wholesome.

David wetting the bed is my favorite scene because REAL couples go through embarrassing moments and you only wait to see how your partner will react. Patrick was so comforting, even though he put the mattress protector on hahahaha. But he made David feel safe. Which all of us what, our partner to feel safe and loved.
My favorite episode honestly. Never had I ever watched something again after having just finished it before that episode. Just had to go back to back. Loved how Patrick handled it
My problem is I love the storyline so much but I get horrible second hand embarrassment from anything so I just have to scream while I watch it lol
The Alexis-Ted parting scene was one of the most moving things I've ever seen on TV.

cufflink44...Completely. I was also hoping that since Alexis had on a "wedding dress" on David and Patrick's day, that we might get surprised with a double wedding...but no. I understand that it would not have been in keeping with their story arc.
Their entire relationship moved me way more than I thought it would. Really wasn't expecting that.

I loved that tiny, brief high-pitched emotional squeal Dan emitted when David realized that Patrick was about to propose. It was perfection. Dan Levy, what a fine and nuanced actor you are.
I have never skipped any second until Patrick happened, Sometimes I couldn't help but just skip other scenes to watch these 2 guys being together (Absolutely I rewatched the whole episodes). They are way too sweet together

SAME I loved the show before but Patrick and David’s relationship is so freaking sweet I find myself constantly wanting the other scenes to hurry up just so I can see them
They have such a comfortable chemistry. I love how much the show lets two men be so intimate. It shouldn't be an issue but really impressed that Noah as a straight guy is so willing to go there.
Every scene with Patrick and David is my absolute favorite!! I especially love each time they embrace and kiss, as a straight woman, my eyes have never been so open. The love and romance shared on screen feels so real.

It's amazing how brilliant some people are. The whole show is great but the open mic night, "Simply the Best" scene is just brilliant. The arrangement Noah Reid came up with for that song was stunning and beautiful. I feel like it was strong enough to maybe even make someone who doesn't understand a same sex relationship begin to see it as what it is. Just Love

This is the best show I have watched. David and Patrick's scenes are the best. I have watched the sow 27 times. Patrick singing to David is so sexy and then David putting himself out there by lip-syncing to Partick was so sexy and hot. DAMN I love this show.

Most amazing thing about this show -- in a raft of amazing things -- are the performances of the actress playing Alexis in which the majority of the time she is a major airhead, ditz and manages to pull it off repeatedly without losing the character and without making her intolerable. You feel for her, you root for her. Same with Dan Levy -- the man writes the show so you know he's incredibly intelligent and well-spoken yet he plays a guy who is emotionally and often verbally constipated from the beat down he's received from his overbearing mother and dealing with being a gay man and having had many relationships pile up into car wrecks. You like him, you want to see him find the love he so desperately needs/wants. Again he plays a character who is difficult to maintain with the grimaces, eye rolls, intensity of squashed feeling. Two outstanding performances in a show that has a boatload of outstanding actors and performances. Love to see a spinoff off of the David-Patrick characters and another in which we see Ted and Alexis in a few years. Plus -- love Stevie and want to know what happens to her. She's smart, she's attractive, she's observant, she needs to leave Schitt's Creek and find her life.

I don't think i could ever watch the Alexis/Ted breakup scene again. Bc you know that it wasn't bc they didn't love each other, it wasn't bc they didn't do enough to get together, be together or stay together, but simply bc circumstances forced them to choose between their relationship or their personal career growth. As nice as it is to know that they chose themselves & are definitely better for it, it still hurts that all that hard work for them to get them that far as a couple still wasn't enough to keep them together til the end. I cried so hard.
