- New generation of the CO2 conversion set. Allow to convert spring action airsoft SVD to the most powerfull CO2 version. Common design improoved by Czech company AirsoftPro. Motto: "others only sell, we produce".

As much as I love AirsoftPro's upgrades, I believe that this -as any gas in bolt design- is not a good idea, as the inherit power inconsistency it's just too much for a sniper rifle. A regulated CO2 source would be much better, as it would provide great consistency and adjustability for field limits. Anyway, keep up innovating!
This was true 9 years ago, fortunately nowadays it's much better. I never fielded spring snipers because it's just so inconvenient to operate the bolt and on top of that they don't open up like real bolt actions, fortunately a KJW M700 with minimal upgrades does the job these days. But indeed the first 20ish shots from a CO2 mag are too powerful and the last 20 too weak, nothing you can do about that, except to master green gas mags.
Dont use the hammer on the cylinder head. Trust me.

For me it still has the problem than most CO2 SVD kits has, instability on FPS causing it to be really difficult to adjust hop up and causing the BB to go crazy in the fly. Nonetheless nice kit.

Доборго времяни суток , что хотелось дополнить напрявляющяю возвратной пружины не подходит по резьбе (она просто менше) и зацеп у стоковой СВД алюминь или чтото вроде того стирается об стальной фиксатор так его назову просто за несколько выстрелов стало ощютимо нужно его менять на более крепкий. И постарайтесь при игре не потярять запчясти при замене . Это всего скорей для пострелушек на даче по банкам))))))
S ohledem na fakt, že čím vyšší je hmotnost, tím nižší je rychlost, zajímalo by mně jakou by měla zbraň rychlost při vaze kuliček 0,40g ?_

Once you replace the cylinder head to use the CO2, can you use the same one if you wanted to go back to spring or do you need to replace the head again?

Malá otázka, ta rezonance po výstřelu (zní to jako 3 výstřely), má to nějaký vliv na zbran? jestli se opotřebovávají díly kvůli tomu
druhá otázka: když dám na zbran tlumič, ovlivní to střelbu? (znám zbraně kterým se totálně rozhodí víření vzduchu při nasazení tlumiče- nestřílí to)
poslední otázka: jaké střelivo (váhu) doporučujete po instalici setu?

It takes any AEG barrel, any AEG spring and any hop-up rubber with very little effort. The CO2 upgrade is super fun, but tends to fuck up accuracy as the fps is sporadic at best. U might wanna upgrade the piston first. Just slap an extra o ring on the basic(cheap) or buy the new from Airsoftpro.

I have a severe issue with this. I bought the conversion kit, did everything I was supposed to to put it together, everything is in the right spot BUT..... when I put in the co2, the entire canister discharges all at once. Any advice on this? I've already swapped it out once, but the replacement does the exact same thing. I am completely at a loss here, I really want to have a co2 sniper, but I'm getting a little irritated with this issue constantly popping up. I should note that the co2 escapes straight out of the nozzle, not around the threading of the container.

sangjester19832 use caliper. Measure diameter properly. Order from Amazon 10 rings for 5 dollars.
If internal diameter is not much, use drill to get proper size.
In my case it worked.

Can I use gen 1 cylinder in gen 2 system? Hence I could faster "repower" my SVD when I could just swap another primed CO2 cylinder inside when removing the other.
212 m/s seems a _little_ hot for an airsoft gun. Unless were shooting from that far away.

why not get an m150 spring? a spring isn't prone to losing power in the cold.
+Nikolai Kravchenko The 2nd gen already has the m150 spring factory installed. The CO2 conversion is meant to make it easier to load each round into the chamber while maintaining that high amount of fps we so desire.

Hi, im just wondering if this kit would work for the king arms svd dragunov airsoft sniper, also do you have to have a that blue hop up for the co2 to to work?
The answer to this question is yes, the 450 spring works, however, the
800fps spring does not work as well as the other spring, when you pull
the bolt back with the 800 fps spring the co2 presses on the bolt and
sprays out. So you loose some of the co2. However, that's the only thing
wrong with it. I would of like a response before I bought it, but I
decided to take the risk. I do not really appreciate the lack of help
you guys gave me. You should really think about that.

For me, to do this conversion and to not get a semi-auto is pointless.
Now you are dependent on buying CO2 cylinders, and dumb question, how do you load a new one without taking the gun apart?
This is typical of someone who is in love with their own gimmicky solution to a non-existent problem.
I mean the presentation here is obviously done by a magician because I do not clearly see the insertion of any sort of regular CO2 cylinder, yet his gun magically shoots.
That tells me there is no convenient externally available quick-change set-up in this extensive parts replacement, that obviously is best done by someone with the tools, dedicated workspace and experience.
about how many bbs can it shoot before needing a refill and is there a way to lock the fps at 500 because all of the fields within 3 hours of my house have a no exceptions 500fps max rule.
get the spring version and downgrade. My area has a 510 limit, and I downgraded my spring to do consistently 500.

the short springs are probably the same as regular AEG springs if you can get a low powered AEG spring just cut it to fit and use it instead of the spring they provide... just got mine today will test it out
I dont see a point of this mod... takes ages to change CO2, 735 fps is illegal in Europe, loses fps very quickly -130fps in 18 shots, will be worse in cold weather plus you wouldn't want to change CO2 in cold and bad weather.

so on average 600 fps per shot? Ive been wanting to do this with my SVD but reloading the co2 seemed like a death wish on the field.

how much tension does it take to cock it? Im guessing its been reduced dramatically and two how many shots can you get off before you really loose your effective range (before the co2 runs out i mean?)
