I was feeling seriously down today because of some pain with a relationship, finding it hard to do anything. I lay in bed for ages feeling so exhausted. After managing to get up and have a shower, I stumbled on this song. It really shifted me. To a place of love for myself. I made myself a nice dinner and just kept singing this. I feel more at peace now. Thank you

You can Touch Him in your Spirit, but it is a Realizing, that You need Him to live eternally and habe abundant Life through Forgiveness of your sins. But please, do Not deny, that You are a Sinner. Thanks for your nice words 💕 Let's do it and see it simply as a "win win situation" to give and to get also energie while singing and praying this nice meditation.....not to get depresses again by thinking of the suffering parts inside and outside of us, even if the time is very tough for many creatures, but to focus on hope, unconditionally joy and love. Even if everybody thinks a bit different about the way praying "works", but i believe in "the idea of praying" that should be a new one every time, not to fall into a lifeless routine, which ment also, that there can be a day ore days, when you don't like to pray at 19 o'clock (in europe). But there will be some day, when you renember the special time of this commun silent prayer, and you will sit down, maybe with a little candle in a darkened room (like me) or in a different way, and than it will happen again, and this is it. Please, don't let the routine arise, than better do what ever you like to do. And Marcie, i would be nice, if you could tell me, what time you pray (hopefully with some others, but maybe alone in the beginning, like i don't know, if there're actually others who really like to pray at this time). But in the end i don't mind, cause first it's "not my problem" and second, i'm sure there are others somewhere, even if they pray in a different way.
