How is MAMATA BANERJEE, the LITERAL CM of WB protesting as if she is not the CM and is the victim??? LITERALLY THR ONE PERSON, ONE PERSON who should be able to put full force on catching those culprits. Instead she is protesting!? MADAM IT IS A REQUEST PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AND PRESENT THE CRIMINALS ORELSE RESIGN. The fact that an entire country's doctors and people have to stop their jobs to protest, leave everything at a standstill shows that for a few high-profile culprits they are willing to demolish an entire country. And if indeed there is a sex racket going on that involves many high-authorities then also I understand why culprits are not being caught. The entire system is disgusting.

Securty in the Government Hospitals accross the country is important not only for Doctors but for the patients also. But the gruesome murder under pretext of "Rape" on the hapless MD Lady intern was surreptitiously committed by her own medical collegues irrespective of Rank and file, at RG Kar Medical College. It was heard from various sources that, slain Lady doctor had already came to be experienced with some sort of unwarranted medical mal practices, such as blunt misappropriation of costly drugs or medicines meant for the Hospital patients, by her collegues and Seniors, dealing crores of amount, which lady doctor couldn't toler, culminating such gruesome revenge against her. Whether Any concerned authority bring out this very truth?

No State Goverment should run hospitals. Instead they should privatise these hospitals. State Government should instead provide insurance coverages to it's citizens specially for citizens who are below INR 5 Lacs per annum income. This way the doctors are well paid. Patients get best of services. It is win win situation for all.

8 , It depends on officers and team . there are many cases in which 2 CBI teams had to investigate which was earlier investigated by state police & crime branch , even cases tht were closed by CBI saying evidence but the on appeal court reopens the case then investigated by another CBI team and found the guilty .Wht ever CBI might do the first to take action is local police . If the local police is hell bent to save the culprits then for CBI its a hard task . For CBI officers must be credible and they must get all sort of help from the first investigation team tht is local police .
In kokata case officer are of good track record .
sometimes Agency's are misused but not everyone is willing to be a puppet .
Political cases are always biased but on the other hand Criminal cases are solved by CBI like recent Pradhyumn murder case where delhi police tries to frame bus driver for murder of 5yr old

This is only because of Moodi's Hindutva philosophy that no woman in India is safe now.
Indians elected Moodi just because of his hatred and biased policy towards Pakistan and even Muslims in India. At least Congress Party have not such fanatics and fascist mindset people. No point scoring but to be extremely honest even medical students in Pakistan felt a deep sorrow and pain for a respectful doctor who was disgraced in unsafe India. I agree that Pakistan is a banana republic ruled by a fascist like General Asim Munir and rule of law in India is still 1000 times better than Pakistan but in a country where even a lady doctor is not safe in her own hospital's seminar room there is a big question mark that why celebrities like John Abraham, Ayushman Khurrana, Ajay Devgan voted for BJP? Just because the tagline, the catchphrase or the slogan was hatred towards Muslims. What Moodi did in Gujrat with Muslims is an eye opener for so called modern India...Moodi is a shame name for shame democracy but just on the pretext of hate towards Muslims he got elected consecutively for almost 15 years and Indian Bollywood Stardom was behind all this mindset also who are now trying to ecpose themselves as messiahs and advocates of injustice and inhumanity towards Indian Woman in general.
