Namaste! Your talks are really nice. On the higher stages of cakras to open need a Guru, Saktopáya is the way of Guru. Al the develpoment is the kripa of Sakti, or Guru. So it was strange o me that you explained ways to open the higher 3 cakras. As I thought in tantra that you cannot open them without Guru. can you explain it ? Thank You Prabhu! with great respect. Hello Dada, thank you for everything you're doing. Do you know if bad energy of onion gets deactivated when you steam cook it? To get rid of garlic is no problem for me, but onion, I really can't find what to replace it with so far, since onion is base for my vegan steam balls.:)

So far in my knowledge there is no technique to neutralize the bad effects of onion. And the harmful effect of it in my opinion are more pronounced then that of meat. Steaming or boiling makes no difference. Try frying hing in the oil first, then add cabbage finely cut, when cooked it will be very much resembling fried onion.
+Meditation Steps so cooking does not decrease onion's potent harmful effect. Ok, thank you for the information.:)

There is kasaya vrtti (irritation) in Manipura cakra. But in general anger is a state when one loses the control over the nerves due to other vrttis.
