We can call you stumpy when you fall off and grind your exposed fingers off on the tarmac. You had fingerless gloves on. Then cut the fingers off your gardening gloves.
85 bucks to do tyres and it’s too much to get brakes done when it’s going to be done eventually and it’s just as important as tyres. Your logic is spot on.
Danny ,we ride bikes ,love bike ,but you RIDE BIKES ,much respect to you ,your journal is a breath off fresh air in this bullshit fake world we all live in ,long may you be putting out your quality content ,much respect from the UK
'One careful owner, never been dropped, hehe!' Awsum work/content Danny, i align with your outlook on life, i have signed in to subscribe, this is the first and only thing i have ever subscribed to. You are now my top Ozzy, along with Dame Edna and Kylie haha. Love from England.
I admire your voyages, always exciting , liberating and I love how you explain the freedom the bike gives you I completely agree , safe travels Mr Bogan!!
I really like the tri-color AMF H-D's when I was young. "The Bad News Bears" had a dirt bike with the paint scheme and the H-D snowmobiles had it too. I read the history of H-D when I was older and those were tough years for people working at H-D . Somehow new management satisified everyone with Willie G.
My his own admission he is superstitious, he buys these relics like a shaman. He admits as much in several videos. If you notice he uses God's name in vain constantly, do you think that makes him a Christian exactly?
"I just booked the JW Marriott in Lima for 2 nights". That's only $355 AUS per night according to their web page. Doin' er tough (Itchy Boots wouldn't pay that for accomodation in a month!).
Within walking distance is Hotel DAZZLER owned and managed by Wyndham. It's just as nice as the Marriot and about $100 per night for an ocean view suite.
You are living my fuckin dream... i drive a motor scooter 8 hrs per day all around the country and mountain to deliver online orders and imagining my self on a road king or heritage classic i know how and what you feel about the weather changing the altitude the clouds even the back pain...and my dream is to buy a harley and make my own trip on my own bike which is impossible because of the harley prices Keep going man you make me smile and living the moment...and please keep the dirt and the scratches on it do not clean it or fix the paint it's like a signature trip on the bike I am saluting you from Lebanon Big respect man...
Danny, I burnt myself on my Harley at a Gasoline station in that exact same spot on my leg...I was wearing shorts. It burned 2nd Degree Burn...it was 1 big blister. It hurt, it popped, it took a long time to heal. I rubbed Cortizone clean on it everyday. Not sure if that was smart, but I also scrubbed it with soap and water each day...yes that was a bad burn...I rode to Sturgis that way.
Great ride. We had a close call in Ecuador in the Andes in December. A truck came flying around a blind corner when we were pulled over to the right side of the road and almost t boned us and barely missed us and skidded 100ft and into a concrete power pole . Stay safe out there.
It's amazing how the hotels you stay at on this tour are so beautiful Danny but, hidden behind run-down storefronts on desolate streets as they are, you'd never even know they are there!
Peru has some bad ass roads like 3N if fun to ride through small streams, dirt roads and some hillbilly towns with the sweetest people! I ate CUY! Guinea pig!
Danny you throw money around on high priced hotels and smash the shit out of your bike but want to save money on your front brake pads. The calliper was off Danny why not pay those guys an extra few bucks?
Gosh, you see those Swedish trucks Scania's and Volvo's all over the world also the busses and heavy machineries like Volvo BM. That small country for sure have had their brains together. Ok, it is what it is. Even the Americans have had their heads together for building those Harley's and everything else so again, some country's get it and so many don't. Keep on trucking Danny, your dad is with you but he is somewhat above you but he is riding with you.
Danny I would have left the knobbly on the front and put the road tyre on the back for the return journey. The knobbly out front takes the pot holes better than the road and protects the rim more. Before we had all these adventure bikes of today, guys would use road bikes for their adventures, like yourself, they all used this trick. Something to think about for your next adventure.
Ecuador operates in US funds...give me a heads up if you want to stop in Riobamba Ecuador...my wife and I live here part of the year and Florida and Canada as well.....great stuff Sir !!!
22:45 same sucks experiences i had down in Indonesia , NO Motorcycle allowed on the Highways . and as probably you guys know , traffic in Indonesia are awesome , beside almost no rules we cant ride fast .
Great video. Just subscribed. Thank you.. that is what I would call an adventure on a motorcycle by riding a motorcycle with a very susceptible to rock breakage belt drive on those types of roads.. i’ll be watching all your videos to see if that belt held up for that entire trip…
I guess after dropping an anvil so many times, just cut your gloves on top of it. Wouldn't possibly depreciate value. Kind of like common sense. Good on you.
Dude I am just a normal guy from Alabama. But so inspired about what you are doing. Sorry you are so rough going through it, but keep going if you can! Love you dog. Keep on but look after yourself if you have to. ❤
Good to see your spirit is on top of the world. Marine one has performed beyond all imagination. Tis bitter sweet knowing this road trip is coming to an end.
Danny have a look at White’s or JK boots. They are made to your measurements and are extremely strong. Can have a resole multiple times and can also be rebuilt. Cost around the same as your current boots, but the strongest boots money can buy!
The luxury of riding thousands of miles and thinking of anything else but the road ahead is something so many strive for Danny but also the bit of freedom that sometimes escapes us but let it be comfort that we are here with your once-in-a-lifetime ride so you are not alone be careful and ride safe my friend God love ya mate
Danny is putting his body, his motorcycle (and often his life) on the line to make some cool content. It would be nice to see his subscriber count hit 150K sometime soon. I started watching MDG because I was curious how Shadetree Surgeon ended up with some Australian guys motorcycle that was in South America... since then I've gone back and watched a bunch of Bogan's old videos. Entertaining stuff. The guys at Geelong Harley Davidson should have their own reality show. It still hasn't been explained how Shadetree ended up with Marine one, but eventually we'll get the whole story.
Ignore anyone pretending to be me, SCAMMERS everywhere, just look at there email closely !! follow me on INSTAGRAM daniel_hayes3
Cos so many people just want to be you eh Danny. Must be such a problem ..especially with that $12 head.
We can call you stumpy when you fall off and grind your exposed fingers off on the tarmac. You had fingerless gloves on. Then cut the fingers off your gardening gloves.
That real Harley Noise, get you some of that, I love it, nice brother.
Winners are not people who never fail, They are people who "Don't Quit"
Danny, love how the parked cars say hello to the Road King as it rides past. Love your work.
That pannier lid makes an excellent chopping board 🤣👍👍
Yeah and the crash bars also works as a kick stand. 😆
85 bucks to do tyres and it’s too much to get brakes done when it’s going to be done eventually and it’s just as important as tyres. Your logic is spot on.
Watching you cut the fingers off the gloves, and each time, seeing the knife dig into the paint on that bike made me cringe.
Just gives the bike character, charisma and more memories
Yeah definitely made my butthole pucker up!
Harley-Davidson cutting board 😂
@@shanskinownow1610 I guess that is so if your rich or just dumb and don't take care of things
Yeah, the way Danny sees it, it’s just a work bench.

WOW! That shot with the drone passing through that bird bevy was fantastic.
The "village people" helmet, so FUNNY ! Thanks Danny ! I had a lough !

Setting off car alarms love it
The drone shot with the birds was pretty cool. Good stuff as always

Great job…that drone footage in the birds was AWESOME!
Love the rants, never stop! Love every second of this journey Danny, thanks for taking us along
Drone footage with the birds was straight out of an Alfred Hitchcock movie! Well done!
Pretty good lawn mowing, loved the slow mo music with the swinging cross and the drone mixed in with those birds 👌
9:28 good to see the Lord’s cross on your bike Danny. He’s been with you all the way mate. Keep Him close a day at a time.
He's not wise enough to understand that yet unfortunately
My his own admission he is superstitious, he buys these relics like a shaman. He admits as much in several videos. If you notice he uses God's name in vain constantly, do you think that makes him a Christian exactly?

You have to wonder what that Angel did, to have to be assigned to watch over Danny Hayes.
Definently a full-time job. Lol
God? Angels? Wtf are you guys smoking?might as well be Scooby-Doo or Wilma Flintstone. They're all make believe
The drone shots of the birds was cool.
I love the pure pleasure on your face when you set off a car alarm!!! I feel the same way!!
Cool footage of the drone flying with the flock of birds

Awesome video and awesome content Thank’s Daniel
I have worn those exact boots for years. They are excellent. Never had a blister. Italian.

Great shot with the drone and the gulls. Awesome
You should ride your bike from Miami to LA . Should only take you 2 to 3 days . Stay south and have your bike with you in LA. Love your adventures
Ahhhh, let me just use my saddlebag lid as a cutting board. Love it.
You get done with that bike it needs to go in the Harley-Davidson.. museum 👍🏍️
Great ride. We had a close call in Ecuador in the Andes in December. A truck came flying around a blind corner when we were pulled over to the right side of the road and almost t boned us and barely missed us and skidded 100ft and into a concrete power pole . Stay safe out there.
Nice to remember my visit to HD in Lima, love that store where I owned things for me and my bike
I am so happy for your grand finale. Ole my friend.
And again another adventure feels like its winding down. Glad to see you heading north, sorry to see the end off in the distance.. :(
Good to see the way back is a bit less intense, for now that is. Danny always surprise us lol.
Great stuff D, that wee show jumping lid looked the part !😛
I can see into the future, Josh ( Shadetree Surgeon) will ride it from Florida to California for you!
The footage through the birds was incredible.
I love that bike, the story's it can tell. 👍😎
Danny thanks for the laughs. Keep on.
Bobberhead gloves and RHS pannier screaming, "No!!!!!!!" as MDB takes the GoGadget-knife to them!
I really hope The Roadking makes it back to Miami and then Australia. You need a Milliondollar Brogan museum to showcase it.
Exhaust sounds good for modern Harley but the "true Harley sound" is a galloping idle / potato from a pan/shovel/some evos out of dual exhausts.
Hey Danny, we have twin gloves! I bought them also from States, 'm from Romania though! Ride safe! 🤘
It's amazing how the hotels you stay at on this tour are so beautiful Danny but, hidden behind run-down storefronts on desolate streets as they are, you'd never even know they are there!
Kind of like the U.S. Capital, two blocks from slums in Washington, D.C.
You never TRY to get home mate....you just go home. Best of luck, on your walkabout.
It never fails. When in the City, every car alarm goes off. 😂😂😂 I love it.
Sounds like he got some clutch slippage going on there
DANNY, Awesome video as always mate’ thanks for all your efforts and the stunning photography ….👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😎

Danny you were lucky by going up that sandhill and getting back to the blacktop
I did the exact same thing with my gloves, except it was just the thumb and forefinger
Dont feel lonely Danny. There’s over 30,000 followers along for the ride!
This has been an epic journey! I enjoyed every post. I don't know how you could top it.! Thanks for bringing us along!
Brilliant video Danny thank you 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
wow that was a crazy shot the drone in the birds !!!
cheap prices at that harley dealership. you should have just done the oil change, new tires and brakes while it was there. price is hard to beat.
Omg that last little bit you’re riding on the dunes that absolutely looked like a video game graphics

Love the Baseball/ MC Helmet Danny !
Should've had them do the front brakes. It would've been dirt cheap.
One of your best, by far.
Hey Danny so Hilarious when you pass the parked cars and Alarms go off, be safe mate..
That eagle helmet is so you. Roll with it. I can’t wait to see the next expedition. Hope you got another one left in you.

Waiting for next episode love your work danny .true harley legend put too the test
The fact you only have 133k subscriber is a dam shame people need to subscribe, the best channel on RUclips.
You should look into getting a ls2 valiant 2 helmet
It's ok, we can barely see the scratches on the panniers lid.
Boots. I always bike boots made for military or police officers. Quite affordable, comfortable to wear all day, light and hold a good time.
