klämrisk sign on the automatic shaft door already tells me what to expect :P but very special this lift is both modern style metal shop elevator and service elevator without inner doors the same time. That really is unique!
Very nice find. Didn´t expect the buttons beep. that´s rare. I Think the 3-speed doors were added on later during the KONE Modernisation of this old elevator. also the door on floor 3 must been replaced with a newer one sometime. that also happens, wich makes it different.
But something also tells me it originally had 2 doors - the position of the guiderails. If it only had 1 door, the guiderails must have been on each side, which would have made it impossible to add the side door without moving the guiderails to each corner, a very significant modification that almost requires building a brand new elevator. So it must either have had 2 manual doors originally where 1 got upgraded to automatic OR very rarely, just 1 door with the guiderails in each corner already

I think it’s beautiful elevator. I don’t like the inner doors because you can’t see how the elevator rides
Yes that is really cool. I have also seen that in a shop in Copenhagen, also in a old centrally located house
Sherlock Holmes never misses a clue :)
Why were swing doors a thing in Europe? This is not safe.
My favourite!
