Five-year-old dog Maggie was found tied to a box in Lebanon six months ago. She had been shot multiple times, one of her ears had been cut off and she had lost her eyesight. However, after a successful social media campaign she was extracted from the Middle East and now lives in Brighton, where she has over 30,000 Instagram followers and is now training to be a therapy dog. Maggie and her new owner Kasey Carlin join us to tell Maggie’s story.

I wonder if it was for the show the reason that they didn't go into what really happened to that poor dog or not but her eyes were ripped out of her head and they found the rest of the bullets around and inside as well & her ear was cut off and they were going for her second ear if it wasn't for a woman who intervened and stopped a group of people that had tortured her and not just 17 times it's over 200 pellets that are still embedded under her if you go to a different channel you can see the full extent of what they did to her and the only reason she got saved is because of how much she was howling and screaming and her cries were alerting people around and there was one brave woman enough to stop it but she didn't have enough money and so there was a man helped in Lebanon get the dog to the UK ... And all of this was because she's a stray dog and she may have gotten into some food or something she wasn't supposed to. Makes me think if a group did this to her because she was a stray dog running around and they did it with such easy makes me feel so sick to know they've done this to other strays.. their psychopaths or demons or both. To do this to any animal is disgusting. Whether they're homeless or not, doesn't change that
