Yes you can take with 5 +5 drops mixed in half cup of Lukewarm water or Direct 5+5 drops.. In Tounge... In the case of symptoms of viral, sneezing, cold.., fever etc

Ncert mostly institute me ni krayi jati ,ye soch k ki phle se hi ati hogi
@@toppersstop11 kuch suggestion de dijiye, pehle ncert khud se cover kr ke phir koi batch join kru ya koi foundation batch join krlu , (pw ka batch 3 din pehle hi liya tha. )koi aur coaching apki najar me ho foundation batch to wo bhi bta dijiye.
See 7 - 8 toppers startegy then accordingly make yours.
