Awsome stuff. Gold and history are my favorite. Thank u for showing us around. I'm next door in idaho and we have quite a few old ghost towns like this one. . . Tailing piles too. Atlanta idaho is my favorite thanks for sharing brothe
So this dredge was made from two older dredges that had dredged the valley. Once dredge number 3 was done they re ran the tailings. Now there are chances for large gold in the tailings and they are saying that the tailings may be flattened. If they do get leveled it gives us a good chance at some of that gold. But the sluice tailings are buried beneath the larger tailings piles so it’s hard to find a place to dig to test the true tailings. Im going back in may to explore some more and get claim access!
Amazing history out that way and still some good gold. Never found the time to tour the dredge, looking forward to the video. Cheers 🍻🤠👍
Until the mountains are completely flat gold will still leak :)
Great video I like your history lesson in the beginning of your vid
very cool. keep putting out videos!

Thank you
Lotta neat history there, thanks for the video. Can't help but wonder how much gold is left in those dredge tailings

Cool area 👍🏻
It really is. Almost 3/4 of the gold mined in Oregon came from this area
Next weeks video is the tour of the dredge
Isn’t all that all private land?
Hows it going!
Good to meet you
You too, hope you enjoyed the show!
