@@PowayGracieGarage Just wanted to come back to say I've kept up my kickboxing training/workouts for a little over 3 years now. I feel better than ever. In that time I've had 3 children (1 son then boy/girl twins). I still make it a priority to go out and hit the bag. It's hard to reach your goals every day and some days it just doesn't work out but pushing yourself to do it whenever you can is the key. Keep it up all.
Sucks that you put advertisement in this. Thought this would be a great timer to use for boxing, but then an ad.... I get it, everybody wants to get paid, but you defeated the purpose of the timer.
