sorry for almost passing u on the yellow i saw the green go again and had more speed coming out of the chicane so i just went for it. Good racing brotha
Np. Thanks for waiting. For some reason they just forgot to give me a speed. That was a wave to a marshall ) overall that was a good defensive practice. left a door open few times from the beginning bc I did not expect that big understeer. Had to manage by tapping the brakes at the points where I never did before. Was thinking at these moments how weird it might be looking from behind bc I was braking almost on the straight lines lol unfortunately it's not a gopro 360. It would be interesting to see what was going on from behind as there was nothing to watch in the front

When you are pushing does your kart bounce a lot? Whenever I race it does this and I’m wondering if it would be better to try to stop the bouncing or just let it happen.
@Denis Shakhovsky I'm planning to do either the Carlsbad or SD GP race this weekend. Carlsbad is asphalt and in my experience, asphalt has too much grip so mistakes don't hurt and it's very difficult to pass cleanly. It looks like this had the same issue though, where nobody was passing despite visible mistakes, until the big crash. Any comments or advice?
the most possible reason because many people are new to karting and can't read a situation on the track and can't be safe for everybody around. by default people are not allowed to race on a highest speed. if you didn't attend any GP races and didn't prove (by racing a lot) that you are fast and SAFE driver - nobody can give you a highest speed. even on the lower speed there are absolutely crazy things happening on the track. max speed would lead to lot of disasters (for sure). if you want to compete with fastest guys you need to spend some time racing on a regular speed. when you are sure you reached a limit and became fast and safe for everybody around then get registered for the monthly GP race where everybody allowed to race on the highest speed. based on the GP competition results you might be allowed (or not allowed) to race on a highest speed during public days. there is one more possibility available - if some experienced driver watch you and approve your driving style as safe then you could be allowed to race on max speed even without attending GP events
Looks hard to have a smooth race with these karts lol.

What was your lap time

There is one bouncy corner. But you might find a line to avoid the bumps there. Also the short lift at the bouncy part might help to smooth it out

I've never tried a gp in Carlsbad. Therefore can't compare it to SD. In theory SD is easier to overtake in case if karts are equal.
how fast are the Karts?
up to 40 mph i think. and probably up to 45 mph in carlsbad (they have a bit different karts and a longer straight way)
@@DenisShakhovsky thanks i was just wonder because i want to go and make some laps and enter the june or july teen cup race (i am 13)
How and why is your guys karts so much faster than the ones I go in it’s the same exact location too
