I understand the fun from creating such a thing, but pouring concrete feels useless when wooden parts are being used insted (the pillars are wooden lol)
not just the pillars... the foundation is a wooden plate too. nobody expected perfection when it comes to small scale concrete working like that but thats cheating.
Plus is not that well done, would have been way better if this was an actual miniature structure so it can be use to teach or learn the process in an easy way.
Yeah they even swapped out the first floor they made of concrete for a wooden one as well if you look carefully. They made ONE concrete beam and then where like "They won't notice us swapping it out with wood"....This whole video is dumb. What was the point? I thought they would at least do some earthquake simulations or something.

This is RUclips not your firth grade science fair project, these guys are just having a bit of fun playing with a miniature structure. There doesn't have to be a reason behind any of it, and nobody could care less if they swap materials.

The uploader can upload whatever they want, and the user that comments can also place their opinion on if it's "dumb" or not, to me, the whole point of this video makes no sense but the uploader might just be having fun with it only. As a youtube user, i too feel that its quite dumb for the whole video as there is no education purpose in it. Might just be a holiday project for them.

I think 7:55 is to show how colums would be done if they were done using concrete and steel, as they would in real life. I guess they swtich to wood for speeding up the process as they do for the upper floors. But this is just me especulating, I don't know for sure.

David Ng metal would be better but that depends whether the beams that are inserted into it are metal or not. It’s better to have matching properties than different
