- A U.S. District judge denied a motion Friday for a preliminary injunction to lift the suspension for 20 Arizona State University students who were arrested for trespassing during Pro-Palestine protests last week at the campus. The decision solely focused on whether a preliminary injunction, or temporary restraining order would be granted, it did not address the trespassing charges. The lawsuit was filed against the Arizona Board of Regents in federal court on Tuesday, accusing ASU of violating students' free speech rights and retaliating against students who attended the protest.

Girl finally learned the best lesson of her college career
It's called consequences sweetheart.... Time to grow up...
They must be expelled without any possibility of reinstating.
Those idiots didn't care about all of the graduations being canceled all over the country or the other students who couldn't get to the classes and finals they paid for. I was disgusted by the garbage and damage they left behind from their temper tantrum. Accountability won the day.
Suspended? They should have been expelled!!
Violence and rioting is not peaceful protesting.
The first time in her life that she’s bumped into accountability.
Committed a crime and got suspended for it? SHOCKING
Wait... so you skipped classes, destroyed school property, broke school rules, and assumed that you would be allowed back on campus to finish classes??? This is not protest... this is narcissisitic entitlement.
Pay your own student loan.
12 months in Jail + $15,000 fine + 1,500 community service picking up street trash + 24 months probation + 1,000 hrs special counseling
"It's called accountability, get used to it."

Good. These kids need to learn there are consequences for their actions.
Finally, some of these students are receiving REAL education.
It wasnt just protesting. They were violent and attacking cops, vandalism
actions having consequences is something a lot of people require to find out the hard way
Imagine facing consequences for your actions...
