That entire 'public service' organization is corrupt though and through and needs to be disbanded, for the public good. The records departments are probably one place in government that does have guidelines that are strictly adhered too. Good thing too, the FBI's corruption is documented and filed properly because of it and eventually the records get unsealed. Government agencies are good for one thing, filing paperwork, and should be used for *nothing* else.

The justice system has to be seen to be independent of any political party control. Use of the instruments of the law to persecute political opponents must be exposed and those that have abused their positions of trust punished to the full extent of the law without fear or favour.
Conservatives love to use law and justice as a weapon against law abiding citizens. You do not have high ground.

The District of Columbia is corrupt beyond repair. DC needs to be ceded back to Maryland, and Federal Government departments and agencies dispersed out among the states.
