- What if we averaged the Rookie Card Rankings from several outlets, so that you knew the Average RC Rankings for 2024 Topps Series 2? That would be pretty awesome, right?
OK, good. Well, that's what we did!
This is such a good set of rookies, I wanted to know everyone's opinion, then average them out!

These “average rankings” videos remind me of fantasy, years ago when I couldn’t wait to buy my favorite fantasy mags and average them, along with the CBS site rankings, in pencil in a notebook,, and see how they came out. I would stay up almost all night those weekends.
Anyway, Series 2 is such an awesome series for me with Masyn and Kjerstad. I’ve opened 2 blasters so far, got an ‘89 Kjerstad and the Stars insert of Masyn, so can’t complain.
I’m with you about Lee at this point, by the way. And it was hard not to rank Imanaga around where you did then, so I wouldn’t sweat it at all. Lots of fun, thanks for sharing!

I love the video and compare. I have almost same top 5 as you just different order, Junior, Moto, winn, pca, kjeestad. I honestly think the global attention of yamamoto makes him maybe more valuable its like 2 nations giving attention. Really cool list and neat to see where this ends up end of 2024
Very true, about Yamamoto, but we’ve had many imported pitchers through the years, and outside of one who can hit bombs and bat .300, they’re rarely very collectable.

@@MJFAMILYTIMECARDS I bliterally searched PSA 9 prices earlier today on Kershaw rookies. I think I’m going to wait until the offseason, then pounce!
Nice comparison between the 3. For end of year rankings, are you going to add in the Update Series? Should bring in some more rookies with tons of potential to the rankings. Love it as always.

Forgot to mention, it isn't your Tampa bias, everyone agrees on Junior in the top spot.
I don't chase rookies but Austin Wells has no future... he is a weak hitter and can't throw out baserunners... Skenes and James Wood on update series is going to be nuts for those who chase these things.....
