" LUCKY " was the one selling the most fishing license in Ontario. people said that he went back HK. after the fishery found out, they change the way how we can get the license. no more middle man, long story short, that's why i said that " LUCKY " changed the way how we get our fishing license. the poorest thing happened to the guy who bought the shop from the second owner, because you can get a " cut " from the money you collected for the fishery, and that was one of the selling points for the shop. after this, no more, the resale value drop and the new guy is the only one holding the bag.
