Helpful video! Thanks. Restored life to my nail gun. You mentioned 5d nails. The d is an abbreviation for 'penny'. So it's called a 5 penny nail. You probably knew that and were just explaining it to folks that weren't familiar with that terminology.
I am glad I found your channel. I was about to replace other parts on this but I am pretty sure it is the leaky trigger like yours. Part is ordered and I can't wait to see this work again. I will let you know! Great video!
Great instructions. The only issue I had was that the internal portion with the rings did not come out when I pull the old trigger out. It took a lbit of working with some reverse pliers to pull it out, but i did get it out. I just used the gun and it worked just like new. Thanks again, your video is perfect.
My FN250C is 5 years old, but I've never used it until today, and it's problem is the same. Could it be that one of the O-rings needs replacing, instead of that whole part that costs $17 on Amazon?

Great glad you got it working.
I had the same problem but i had a small hook and picks set, made the job very easy, bought it from an auto parts store hope this helps next time.
Purchased (2) very small metric o rings for the trigger plunger and it works great
Hi, can you provide some details about the o-rings that you used; size, where you got them. Thanks.
Thank you!! Worked like a charm!
To get the pins to line up nicely, insert the big one at the top and the small at the bottom first. Do not start with the one in the middle.
Phew my gun cleaning punches are coming in handy. Thank you
So why is it this part? And what exactly breaks on it? How did you diagnose it to be that?
Great video. Why did you take out all three pins to remove the trigger, but you put two of them back before you put the trigger back in?
Geat Video... Very Helpful... Thanks and best wishes.
