No other differences in terms of quality and performance. 2. Not sure about the pinky finger, I don't think there is much-added protection in tornado 3 pro, there are HD foam inserts only, and the other 3 fingers have TPU protection too, I think this is done for more flexibility. 3. In case if you fall off on the side of your pinky finger, urban x has some protection around the wrist also, tornado 3 pros doesn't have.
I already mentioned it’s not waterproof. Waterproof gloves are different, with no air mesh/ air flow, won’t be comfortable at all in summer. You need to buy separate waterproof gloves for rain/ winter. These are summer/ touring gloves. You can’t get everything in one gloves.

Yes, made for summer. Made of leather ( good quality ) but sufficient air mesh is given for summer.
