This is so amazing. Thank you guys so much for showing us how to use a loom. Also, all the beautiful pieces Leslie brought in to show us all the different ways to finish the ends is so inspiring. Thanks again Leslie and Katie. I am very inspired and can't wait to give the loom a try.
I've never worked whit a loom but this video is awesome Leslie because you have gave so clear instructions how to use a loom i think i will try & the way you finihed your piece of Jewels WOW! Bravo!!!!This video was very helpfull for me so Thank's to sharexxx
I love the way you show how to use the loom, I just want to know what kind of string you can use. If is an s;pecific one or you can use any. Thank you.
Thanks Katie! Leslie your beading, as usual, is amazing! I'm curious though, where are you finding all of those fabulous beads? I'm shopping "EVERYWHERE" seriously! and am having a terrible time finding anything even close to cool! Give it UP!!! (please :0) thanks again to the both of you! btw, to those of you that are still wondering about the loom and the thread used in the video...You can purchase the loom at Michaels or Hobby Lobby or Fire Mountain. The thread that Leslie used is thermally bonded fire line I think (She does say what kind as she begins to string the loom).
I have the same loom and I am having issues getting my final piece to lay flat. I use miyuki delicas, so the beads are even, but sometimes the bracelet curves and does not lay flat.
jillf24 Hello, I had the same problem. I was told my tension was too tight. Honestly I'm not crazy about this loom because the only way to check your piece is to cut it off the loom.
I've done loom beading in the past, but really appreciate the instruction on finishing techniques.
