IF a smaller restaurant doesn't have the purchase volume to use a food distributer like SYSCO or USFOODS, then this place fills the gap. Also the snack type foods are popular for employee break rooms.

I go to the StL Costco business center. Opened this past fall. Found things that used to be in the retail Costco, but aren't now. Thrilled to find the sweetener packets that my Dad uses. Nice kitchen wares. Great prices on the costco automobile oil. The refrigerated section is fun! Stuff you never find at the retail Costco. Marked down meats & dairy! More Halal & Kosher meats.
Overall, I like it. Fantastic for snacks. Tons of choices for drinks, snacks & candy.
Folks need to know that the Business Center sales and the Retail store sales aren't always interchangeable.
And I will say this: Business Center has the best Costco gas station. It is big and not insanely busy.
