I’m glad I stumbled upon your channel❤oddly, I made this mixture my self before and I called them “Butter Glosses” the texture is strikingly similar to versa gel glosses but it’s truly 100% Natural/vegan lip glosses ❤thanks for sharing❤❤❤❤
Every since I got interested in making and selling lipglosses, I was a bit offput about using versagel and wanted something that was much more natural and this video is such a gym to me. I have about 4 other items that will be significant to the gloss's function and can't wait to test it out and market it. Thank you for this video
So sorry for the late reply! I order from a variety of vendors but if you search for "natural pigments" there are some companies out there. The colors are only available as more natural tones. Tkb may have some. I forget the name of another company at the moment. Also check Brambleberry.
You can use whatever oil you want as long as its food/cosmetic grade. I use caster bc it gives the gloss that smooth “sticky” feel like the Versagel. I highly recommend using at least 1 thick ingredient or thickener or ure gloss will be a lip oil instead.
@@kamiekakes8857 I believe I got the castor oil from Whole Foods. Not sure of the beeswax. But there are sites such as Brambleberry, TKB Trading, Texas Natural Supply, and MakingCosmetics.com to name a few. Or you can browse Amazon.
And that's why this batch wasn't made to sell, and I thought I did say I would have to redo it bc my measurements got skewed. This was also not a how to, vs watch me make something. Thank you for watching!

Nice colours
So sorry for the late reply but thank you!
Doesn't it get solidify
Only if you add too much wax. It was def trial and error with the ratio.
Anyone who formulates and sells their products, knows the importance of exact measurements.
