It's been extremely difficult to find a attorney who has experience and not not easily intimidated. I called the deeds office and they said its already in the other person name title and all.I ask how is this possible I have both warranty deeds she said your signature is notarized I again said my identity was stolen in 2020 well they have to have photo I.D.And to bad get a attorney.

No you would need to do a quiet title action

My identity was stolen and the person that stole it also filed a quick claim on my property and forged documents. I went to the Deeds office and reported that I have my warranty deed and this person stoled my identity, I was told that my name was signned on it and it remains in there hands.I was torn apart IRS and the state department verified that my identity was stolen in 2020.what can i do

Hire an attorney in that state. The notary was more than likely fake.
