With my shopping list in hand and a keen eye for bargains, I set out to make the most of my budget without compromising on quality or taste. Armed with tips and tricks for savvy shopping, I begin filling my basket with seasonal favorites and nutrient-rich ingredients, carefully selecting items that offer the best value for money.
Though prices have drastically increased I was still able to shop for everything I needed, headed back home in totally satisfaction and did a grocery haul for you all.

Hello sis , so Kaima eats and chews all adults food from yams to plantains to potatoes, bread and more . If you watch my stories on instagram you would know. But she is barely 1year and 3months still needs her pap and cereals. And No the Nutribom is an addition to other food she eats. Thank you for your concern ❤️

Compared to prices in U.S.A, that’s a lot you got for that price (of course we have to consider wages, the economy ). I am wondering how people making low wages, with many chn , are coping….high prices. Thank God for provision. I feel sorry for the poor. People need to eat. What’s happening to the poor who can’t buy nutritious food for their chn and families…..must be very stressful

I can totally relate. I went to balogun last Saturday and ended up coming back to buy from the supermarket. I usually check for prices before going to the market. Bought kerrygold avantage milk for #4500 only to find out it's #3870 at shoprite. Ended up buying Sardines at blenco for 800 and Indomie was #8200 in shoprite. Balogun people are now greedy. It's almost not worth it going all the way. Thanks for the meat update. I went there to buy, and it was worth it. Please keep our market vlogs coming o.
