I know this is a really old video, but as a heads-up, teeth-whitening tooth pastes aren't going to kill you or anything, but they aren't good for your teeth. My dentist encourages all of his patients not to use them. The chemicals in question aren't going to hurt you, necessarily, but they can cause or increase tooth sensitivity, leading to some discomfort when eating hot or cold foods. This is true of basically all tooth-whitening products.
