Yaileny, I also had food poisoning at the beginning of the year but make sure to eat chicken without very little flavor and rice also with limited flavor because it will also mess up your stomach more. Hope this helps
I got a intestinal infection one time and felt the same way. Doctor told me 2 weeks before it would leave my system. Not terribly sick, just in the stomach. I had food poisoning twice. Much much worse. To this day I won’t eat the foods that caused it. Anyway eat light foods, soup, toast, eggs ect. Easier to digest. I hope you feel better soon. Bless Allison for cleaning in the kitchen.

13:48 you should make a period kit/bag it’s basically a bag that has pads,tampons, panty liners etc. and when there at school they take it to the bathroom and use it but MAKE sure its a simple bag so when they take it to the bathroom it doesn’t seek attention:) (I got a period kit from my older cousin)
You should take the rest of the fake nail off and put a bandaid and maybe a cream or something and leave it alone and let it grow and heal Bc you’re going to make it worst if you put a fake nail over it

Pork is known to cause worms in the stomach (search cola on pork test). Meat contains so many parasites. You should try to lower your consumption. Get well soon 💕
