Hello coach donny. I see how you showed us to pass with the inside, more flat part of our forearms. I heard from an old player that if you pass like that, it could hurt your veins, mainly on very hard hits and more or less closer to the wrist area. Is there any truth to that?
Phenom this video is over year old I don’t think he’ll respond, now I’m no pro but my coach told me that if you pass with the bone area (side) of you arm then really hard hits could break your wrist bone, so inside is better

Hope I can explain this well. But basically this can work for both balls over your head and awkward angles. So make a fist with both your hands, fingers interlaced, either with a small space between each palm or completely closed. So from a reg. Passing position rotate your arms up towards your body and move your fist to where the ball is. Hope that made any sense it's hard to explain sorry
Ok so im not wrong to use one hand. I dont know why this one guy always make a big deal when i save the ball with one hand pass. It annoys me cuz i was confused if i was wrong to do that.
