Has anyone noticed the teenagers on todays TV shows are weird...The teenage boys act too nerdy or gay and the teenage girls act like they are 30 yrs old ..I notice this on American Housewife and The Last man standing..🤔
It's how some kids interact with their parents. It doesn't mean she don't respect them. Some parents convince their kids to call them by their name... As long as they don't mind it there really shouldn't be an issue.
I think that really depends on the family. Maybe for your family that’s about respect. Totally your choice to teach your kids that way, not so cool to judge those that don’t. Personally I would call my mom by her name as a child because I knew it got her attention 100 times faster than mom. It wasn’t seen as disrespectful in my home.
