@@kayakintro no there is a bulkhead between the rear hatch and the rudder structure, so you lose a little storage but the integrity of the rudder shafts is preserved the same way it is on the skis.
@@MarkSundin Thanks mate! Still hesitating between a touring ski and a fast sea kayak like the ones you sell. No V8/V5 tourer to demo in NZ unfortunately. At the end I think I will go for a fast sea kayak with a sail as I am getting some shoulder pain (not from paddling but cricket!!).
