Just got back from el karma had a lovely time the fish restaurant was beautiful Italian was lovely and the Chinese main foods was ok but if you get a uba for £2 their is a mc Donald’s up the road and if you go to marina go by uba again taxi cost £10 to go uba £2 food their is so cheap with drinks our pool man waited on us like kings and queens remember to tip these guys their wage is so low room was lovely we did change it but they could do enough to help us so please do listen to bad reviews go tip them and have a great time we did ❤❤❤❤
It was open every single pool . I will rate the hotel 7/10 . And 7 because the staff was ok , location 6/10 . Beach 9/10 . Pools 10/10 . Cleaning 8/10 . Food was poor thanks god they have eggs so every morning we eat eggs sometimes cucumber and tomato. For kids was not too much … fruits was ok and sweets 10/10 . Coffe was nice but outside bar .. internet poor we paid only reception area still poor , we negotiated everything excursions.. I rate them only 7 because I saw potential I saw that they want to grow … in the rest was ok the food in 10 days they make bbq but you need to bring everything you need they asking for a lot of money for stupid things… and they make snack like little burgers , donuts and ice cream.

We exit 2 times one day with submarines , one day we visit orange beach . We bought directly from the hotel they had a lot of people asking for activities etc … in the rest outside hotel it’s nothing to do …. You need to travel in the big city

It was fun my daughter love everything especially the kids pool 😊😊
They have entertainment every night for kids with dancing.. was nice holiday good weather but that hotel in my opinion is not 4* … 3 * for them

literally the food is so bad and the hotel rooms were disgusting smelt musty and there was sperm stains on the bedding 0/10
