I'm biasing Ahyeon, yet in terms of vocal techniques Rami is really great and I really adore her singing, maybe she has the best technique in Babymonster I should say. her falsettos, head voices, chest voices, whistle voices, she really know how to do, when to do, and combine those all in her singing and it made her singing style really mature imo. For me, she is the best vocalist of the 5th generation, and she is still sooo young, she just turned 17 recently, so she will only get better every day, and in my opinion, she has the potential to become one of the best vocalists in K-pop overall, or even the best. On top of that, she dances amazingly, has great stage presence, raps, writes, and according to Asa, Rami enjoys composing and loves focusing mainly on melodies. And yes, along with Rora, Rami is one of the soulful and blues voices in Babymonster. She also reminds me a lot of Amy Winehouse, an artist that Rami actually likes. On occasions when Rami has recommended songs, some of them have been by Amy Winehouse, so maybe that's why she has some influence from her in the way she sings. If you'd like to continue reacting to content like this, I recommend the performances by Ahyeon and Pharita on "Begin Again." From the very begining people LOVED Ahyeon, they acted like she was flawless and perfect at everything she did. Then some toxic people started getting jelous of her fame, and after she debuted (she debuted later than the other girls cause she was sick), those people started saying she was overdancing and outshining the others, that she was trying to hard, etc. They were so mean and bullied her so hard she changed her way of dancing and performing. Then they started saying she was lazy and underdancing. Etc. Some days people praise her for her voice and say she's amazing, and the next they say she doesn't know how to sing. People have such high expectations for her that, everytime she is not 100% perfect (cause the songs she sings are hella hard, and people aren't always at their best!) people hate on her like their life depends on it. The song she covered (Monster) reflects her path every since she became famous at 15, I think that's what makes her cover even better.

She is the best vocalist. Ahyeon is better with emotion. Rora is probably amazing too but hasn't had a chance to show it yet. Chiquita and Pharita would probably be the best in any other group. But they all have so much growth potential I just can't imagine where they will be in 3 years. Right now they are better vocally than Black Pink except for maybe Rosie. I think YG's biggest problem will be figuring out how to use this talent. Standard Kpop is too limiting.

People have such high expectations for her that, everytime she is not 100% perfect (cause the songs she sings are hella hard, and people aren't always at their best!) people hate on her like their life depends on it. The song she covered (Monster) reflects her path every since she became famous at 15, I think that's what makes her cover even better.

She is the best vocalist. Ahyeon is better with emotion. Rora is probably amazing too but hasn't had a chance to show it yet. Chiquita and Pharita would probably be the best in any other group. But they all have so much growth potential I just can't imagine where they will be in 3 years. Right now they are better vocally than Black Pink except for maybe Rosie. I think YG's biggest problem will be figuring out how to use this talent. Standard Kpop is too limiting.
