Sort of interesting, honestly footprint looks a little too big, kind of a weird intermediate size dot. Cool that Roger from FCD is mentioned, that guy is no nonsense. No shake awake is a deal breaker however.
Auto on and auto off are a real failure point and 100% not needed with current battery life🗣🗣🗣. The sales rep stated the reason for not including it. I think this optic is well designed for people who don't baby stuff and want max durability.
I'm glad you two are amicable and you were willing to cover their PB-3. Maybe Ahmad you both could bury the emos and frustrations and you could give him some pointers on making a Gen 2 LP-1 that could be US made like they are planning on doing. Help them figure out where they need to improve, maybe make a decent Sig 8T competitor for 300-400ish out the door. Hard to beat the 8T, but its the only optic that has a nice big window but also runs CR123. Every other dot is running AAA or watch batteries, and I hate that. CR123 used in all my other gear. Lights, etc.

FYI if you buy this and the Brownells aimpoint slide the lug on this is off, and you will have to shave/Dremel, some of it down
Honestly I think that's more likely a slide issue.
