France kept ball for long periods - wave after wave of attacks. England scored against run of play and France's risk-taking trying to find equaliser opened them up to counterattacks. Different game if France had taken chances. Against quality opponents England's possession needs to improve in order to control game tempo. Lots to do...
French time played a match better game than what you'd expect after seeing the score board.
